Please read the competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you accept them.

1. These Terms apply to all persons entering (the “participants”) the Capital Craft Beer Festival 2024 Win a Trip for Two promotional competition (the “Competition”).
2. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless in mitigating circumstances which will be evaluated at the discretion of the Capital Craft Beer Festival Team. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition will be run on the following platforms:

web (capitalcraft.co.za/beerfest)
4. The competition opens on the following date: 4 May 2024
5. Where participants will enter by a link on Instagram or facebook, Ts and C’s will be hosted on www.capitalcraft.co.za
6. Winners will be selected on Friday 31 May 2024, and Easy Agency will collect their information and supply it to agencies for further communication concerning the prize redemption.
7. The potential winners will be contacted by the relevant agency within 24 hours on the mobile number submitted by the winner.
8. Once the verification process is completed successfully, possible winners/participants will be declared as winners and notified as such on the mobile number supplied.
9. Prize fulfilment will be communicated to the winners; The prize will accommodate 2 winners with their plus one to:

• Return flights on LIFT
• Accommodation for 2 nights sharing 
• Two tickets to the Capital Craft Beer Festival
• R500 Uber gift card
• Two R500 vouchers for Capital Craft Beer Academy restaurant.

10. If the Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of Capital Craft Beer Festival which could affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition, then Capital Craft Beer Festival reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, modify, reschedule, or cancel the Competition and/or determine the winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to that decision being made. Capital Craft Beer Festival accepts no liability where any such event occurs.
11. Capital Craft Beer Festival cannot be held responsible for computer system hardware, software or program errors, or other failures in computer transmissions or network connections for any entries lost. Capital Craft Beer Festival cannot be held responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries.
12. Entrants waive the right to claim as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs or expenses associated with redemption or travel to redeem.
13. All competition winners must agree to complete an indemnity form and commit to travelling safely and responsibly.
14. All expenses not expressly stated in the prize, including but not limited to Pick-up transportation, meals, tourism leisure activity or otherwise are the sole responsibility of the winner. All costs associated with transportation to the local holiday destination will be for the account of the winners.
15. The prize does not include: 

• Transport from airport to accommodation and back.
• Transport to the festival and back.
• Does not include drinks and food at the festival.
• Any change of flights.

General Terms and Conditions

1. To enter this competition, you must be: (a) a South African ID holder; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Capital Craft Beer Festival, participating brewers, their affiliated agencies, or any subsidiary of thereof.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4. Only one entry per person and only one place at the event per winner.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
6. The winners will be selected at random from a list of entrants who have entered both online by filling out the data form and posting on Instagram with their "Party Partner" tagging @capitalcraftbeerfest
7. The closing date is as specified, and Capital Craft Beer Festival reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you are a winner, Capital Craft Beer Festival will phone you and announce that you are a winner live on Instagram, The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Uncontactable winners will forfeit their prize.
9. By entering the competition, the winner’s details will only be used for this specific competition.
10. In consideration of Capital Craft Beer Festival allowed me to participate as A Guest, I hereby acknowledge and agree that any and all images, audio and video recordings taken in connection with and as part of the trip and/ or activities shall vest and belong to Capital Craft Beer Festival and shall be used for any marketing purposes, including but not limited to publications and testimonials.
11. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Capital Craft Beer Festival or their chosen representatives.
12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
14. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
15. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
